Yet, most often, customers have to go through the hassle of calling the service professionals and checking their rates and ensuring their credentials. It isn’t surprising that sometimes the phone numbers listed don’t even work!
To make life easier and simpler for customers, a Kolkata-based start-up, ServiceSutra.com, has built a platform, that will hopefully resolve this problem.
